Behavioral Framework is expanding and opening a brand-new ABA clinic in Gilbert, AZ — and we’re looking for a passionate BCBA to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

As a BCBA, you will:

• •Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians
• •Develop, implement, and update individualized ABA treatment plans
• •Conduct parent training and caregiver support
• •Complete clinical supervision and case oversight
• •Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• •Analyze client data and adjust programming based on progress
• •Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals to support meaningful outcomes

What We’re Looking For

✔ BCBA certification in good standing

✔ Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

✔ Minimum 1 year of ABA supervisory experience preferred

✔ Strong experience with ABA methodologies, Verbal Behavior, and assessment tools

✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

✔ Passion for clinical excellence and family-centered care
