Clinical Implementation Specialist

This role combines clinical expertise, implementation strategy, healthcare education, and emerging AI technologies to support the safe and effective adoption of an ambient clinical documentation platform. You will work directly with clinicians across federal and commercial healthcare environments, helping them onboard, adopt, and confidently use AI-supported documentation tools. The position blends hands-on coaching with strategic implementation work, including service recovery, workflow assessment, and clinical quality improvement. You will also help evaluate clinician-reported issues, identify root causes, and recommend prompt or workflow changes that improve documentation quality. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Delivery, and clinical champions, you will turn frontline insights into scalable solutions. The role is ideal for a clinically experienced professional who is comfortable moving between training sessions, technical discussions, and real-time customer support. The position is remote within the United States, with approximately 20–30% travel to federal and commercial sites.
