About Knowtex
Knowtex is building the future of voice AI operating systems for clinicians, transforming how healthcare documentation happens at the point of care. Founded by Stanford AI scientists with deep clinical experience, we're experiencing explosive growth across both commercial health systems and federal healthcare, with our ambient documentation platform scaling rapidly to thousands of clinicians across hundreds of specialties. We're at an inflection point where cutting-edge AI meets real clinical impact, giving clinicians hours back each day to focus on what matters most - their patients.
We're currently scaling our commercial partnerships and federal work with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), implementing our technology across health systems, leading specialty networks, community clinics, and VA medical centers nationwide in service of empowering patient care and clinicians every day.
The Opportunity
We're at a critical inflection point. We are currently deployed across thousands of active clinician users across 10 Veterans Integrated Service Networks (VISNs). Over the next 18 months, we'll grow over 20x and reach 150,000 users—making this one of the largest healthcare AI implementations in the country.
We need a Clinical Implementation Specialist who brings clinical expertise, training delivery skills, and hands-on implementation support to ensure our technology integrates seamlessly into clinical workflows. You'll be the trusted clinical voice working directly with VA clinicians and Site Points of Contact (POCs), delivering training, troubleshooting workflow challenges, and championing adoption at the frontlines of care delivery.
This role reports to the Director of Customer Delivery and works collaboratively with the broader implementation team to execute our VA expansion strategy.
