Clinical Manager (RN) – Hospice
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Harrisburg, PA Hospice office as a Clinical Manager . Our team provides compassionate, best-in-class hospice care to adult and geriatric clients in the comfort of their homes and assisted living communities.

As a Clinical Manager, you'll lead and support a dedicated team of clinicians while helping ensure our clients and their families receive exceptional, compassionate care throughout their hospice journey.
As a Clinical Manager, you will:
Lead, inspire, and motivate nurses and field clinicians to provide exceptional hospice care.
Conduct supervisory and assessment visits with adult and geriatric clients throughout Harrisburg and surrounding areas.
Supervise, coach, and support a team of nurses and other field clinicians.
Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new clinicians.
Support the training, development, and ongoing education of clinical staff.
Coordinate and/or deliver in-services and educational programs for field staff.
Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to clinicians, clients, and families.
Partner with the interdisciplinary team and office leadership to promote quality care and positive client outcomes.
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required.
Previous hospice experience required.
Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered end-of-life care.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the service area as needed.
