Clinical Manager (RN) – Pediatric Home Care

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our St. Marys, PA Pediatric Home Care Office as a Clinical Manager . This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RN to combine clinical expertise with leadership while supporting pediatric clients and mentoring a team of dedicated field nurses.

As a Clinical Manager, you will:

Lead, inspire, and motivate clinical staff to provide exceptional pediatric care.

Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits throughout St. Marys and the surrounding communities .

Develop individualized pediatric care plans and oversee their implementation.

Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff in the field.

Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new nurses.

Coordinate ongoing training, mentorship, and in-services for field clinicians.

Serve as a clinical resource for nurses, clients, and families while promoting quality outcomes and exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

Minimum of 2 years of RN experience.

Pediatric nursing experience preferred.

Tracheostomy and ventilator experience preferred, or a willingness to learn.

Home care experience preferred.

Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
