Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports. This position is essential to driving informed business decisions and identifying opportunities for operational improvements.

Responsibilities:

Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.

Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.

Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.

Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.

Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

Filter and clean data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators.

Collaborate with other departments to understand and implement data-driven strategies.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.

Proven experience in data analysis or a related field.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Experience with statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (SPSS, SAS, R, etc.).

Excellent communication skills to effectively interpret data to stakeholders.

Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

$50,000 — $100,000 USD
