BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Clinical Manager (RN required) to join our Garden City, NY, Adult and Pediatrics Nursing Home Care office.

Responsibilities for a Clinical Manager:
Lead field staff in delivering exceptional client service and quality clinical care while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
Visiting clients in their homes and supervising field clinicians.
Accountable for internal case management and evaluation and development of field staff.
Assisting with in-home client assessments and completing the care planning process by providing clinical insight and support for your team.
Combination of being able to work both with patients and office staff.
Qualifications for a Clinical Manager:
Must be a currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing in the state of NY.
Minimum two (2) years recent and verifiable hands on experience as an RN (preferably in home care).
At least one (1) year experience in nursing management OR pediatric nursing required.
BSN/MSN preferred.
Have a Child Abuse Clearance, in states where applicable.
Trach/vent/tube experience within home health care setting is preferred.
Strong assessment and organizational skills.
Prior supervisory experience with field staff, and experience with clinical oversight, monitoring quality assurance, and overall case management is preferred.
Demonstrated successful track record of working independently while taking on increased or diverse responsibilities.
Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position.
Solid communication and PC skills.
