The Clinical Specialist is responsible for supporting Masimo Products and maintaining customer relationships with a variety of clinicians and other key stakeholders.

This position reports to the Sr Regional Sales Manager and is part of the Sales located in Scotland and working remotely to cover Scotland territory.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• •Be responsible for educating Masimo customers on our products and solutions.
• •Train new and potential users will be an important aspect of the position; thus an ability to transfer knowledge is a must.

Maintain thorough product knowledge including ability to demonstrate products, position products vs. competitive products, training of existing partner sales force and inservice end- users. PowerPoint presentation skills will be necessary to communicate Masimo’s vision and value proposition.

Leading on organising and running customer evaluations/deployments alongside the Account manager to educate and position Masimo technology in real world use cases.

Be part of a professional team and will partner with the efforts of others in the region to advance sales and market penetration of Masimo products and solutions.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• •Nurse diploma. Other disciplines considered depending on experience and expertise.
• •Min 2-3 years in direct critical care, NICU, PICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Pediatrics Intensive Care Unit) or emergency medical experience.
• •Excellent and effective English oral and written communication skills.
• •Direct experience in customer interactions and presentations.
• •Interest or experience in Digital Health or Healthcare IT systems used within the hospital

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• •Ability to travel – list specifics 60% travel, overnight, within territory or locations
• •Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• •Prior sales/clinical support experience
• •Independent problem solver with prior managerial/leadership experience
