Compensation & Benefits

$60,000 - $100,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

What You Bring

Active, independent license in Colorado (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)

Experience in direct clinical care

Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment

What You’ll Do

Provide high-quality, evidence-based care

Work with adults, young adults, and/or children

Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions

Complete timely, accurate documentation
