As a Cloud Engineer within Global SaaS Operations, you will help ensure the availability, resilience, security, and performance of Infios cloud solutions. You will design and optimize infrastructure across OCI, AWS, and Azure, provide technical guidance, and act as an escalation point for complex production issues. Working closely with Product Development, Professional Services, Support, Customer Support, Security, and Enterprise Architecture, you will lead architecture decisions, strengthen disaster recovery capabilities, advance automation, and promote consistent cloud engineering standards across the global cloud estate.

What a day in the life looks like

• •Design, implement, and optimize secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure across OCI, AWS, and Azure.
• •Lead cloud architecture decisions, review technical designs, and provide senior-level support for complex infrastructure and L2 to L4 incidents.
• •Manage infrastructure lifecycles, including network components, upgrades, patching, migrations, CI/CD activities, and the implementation of new cloud features.
• •Monitor cloud resources for performance, security, and cost, and use regular analysis to improve service reliability and efficiency.
• •Develop automation that reduces manual maintenance, while documenting cloud configurations, processes, backup procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
• •Partner with security and technical teams to strengthen cloud environments, mentor junior colleagues, promote best practices, and participate in the on-call rotation for critical incidents.

What you bring to the team

• •A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• •At least five years of experience administering cloud infrastructure across platforms such as AWS, Azure, or OCI.
• •Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, and security principles, including VPCs, VNets, Direct Connect, FastConnect, and ExpressRoute.
• •Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools such as Python or PowerShell, together with experience in CI/CD, configuration, and deployment processes.
• •Experience managing container solutions such as Kubernetes, as well as cloud monitoring and logging tools; knowledge of Microsoft and Linux operating systems or databases is an advantage.
• •Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with demonstrated experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring others; cloud certification is required, with professional- or architect-level certification preferred.
