About the Role

• Responsible for managing information technology infrastructure as well as applications and software within AIA and providing technical support to internal users
• •Manage and administer the Microsoft Azure cloud environment, including provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, policy governance which are more demanding and complex
• •Analyze existing operational standards, processes, and/or governance to identify and implement improvements.
• •Support cloud adoption of applications as they are being transformed and/or modernized.
• •Work as part of 24/7 shift roster to implement changes and requests and resolve incidents.
• •Provide training and support to team members.
• •Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues and Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders.
• •Provide technical support and guidance.
