Cloud Solutions and Digital Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Google Workspace expert to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Google Workspace administration while also driving key digital transformation and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise, capable of managing critical IT infrastructure, leading complex data projects, and integrating advanced AI solutions to enhance business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• •Google Workspace Administration:
• •Serve as a key administrator for the corporate Google Workspace environment, ensuring its optimal performance, security, and availability.
• •Manage user accounts, groups, and services within Google Workspace.

• •Digital Transformation & AI Integration:
• •Actively contribute to and support the company's digital transformation strategy.
• •Lead the integration and management of AI tools to automate processes and enhance business capabilities.
• •Liaise with our business partners to ensure value delivery is optimized

• •Data Governance & Migration:
• •Lead and support significant data management projects, including large-scale data migrations and platform integrations.
• •Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.

• •Application Development & Governance:
• •Contribute to the development and governance of business applications, utilizing low-code/no-code platforms to build and deploy solutions.
• •Oversee the application lifecycle from development to publication and maintenance.

• •IT Operations & Compliance:
• •Participate in IT service management (ITSM) committees and processes.
• •Provide expert-level troubleshooting for complex IT issues.
• •Ensure adherence to compliance standards, including active participation in internal and external audits.

• •Identity and Access Management (IAM):
• •Manage and oversee all aspects of user identity, access control, and license management across corporate systems.
• •Develop and enforce IAM policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the IT environment.

• •Experience in project management, particularly in agile methodologies
• •Strong communication skills
• •Expert-level skills in Google Workspace administration.
• •Demonstrated experience in a Senior Consultant or Business Automation role.
• •Strong understanding of AI concepts and experience with the integration of AI tools in a business environment.
• •Proven experience leading large-scale data migration and system integration projects.
• •Knowledge of IT compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001).
• •Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
