Additional Job Description

JOB SUMMARY- We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints, developing CNC programs using CAD/CAM software, and setting up and optimizing CNC machinery for production. This individual must be capable of performing test runs, troubleshooting issues, and making programming adjustments to ensure all components meet precise quality and blueprint specifications. The successful candidate will bring hands-on machining knowledge, attention to detail, and a proven ability to support efficient, high-quality manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and implement CNC laser programs for precision cutting and engraving.

Analyze blueprints and CAD drawings to create efficient laser cutting paths.

Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues to optimize machine performance.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure product quality and production efficiency.

Maintain documentation of programming processes and revisions.

Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of laser equipment.

Train machine operators on new laser programs and procedures.

Qualifications

Experience with CNC programming and laser cutting technology.

Proficiency in CAD software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in creating programs.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
