Job Description

• •Support digital transformation initiatives by conducting research, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement across strategic projects.
• •Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and help design innovative solutions using AI, automation, and digital technologies.
• •Participate in AI adoption programmes, including use case discovery, prompt engineering, testing, and impact assessment.
• •Perform market research and benchmarking on emerging technologies, industry trends, and digital best practices.
• •Support workshops, innovation events, hackathons, and community-building activities related to AI and digital transformation.
• •Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to track project progress, risks, dependencies, and action items.

The Person

• •Final year or penultimate year students from any discipline, preferably majoring in Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, Economics, or related fields.
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multi-task
• •Mature, independent, self-motivated, agile, and able to work under pressure
• •Strong command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoints and automation tools
