Coding Educator

• This is a remote healthcare education role focused on improving provider documentation and medical coding quality.
• You will use coding expertise, data analysis, and provider education to identify opportunities for better documentation and compliance.
• The role combines analytical work with direct engagement, including educational sessions, presentations, webinars, and occasional onsite provider visits.
• You will analyze coding trends, audit findings, and large datasets to identify risk areas and develop targeted educational interventions.
• Working with provider-facing and cross-functional teams, you will help strengthen documentation, data integrity, and operational workflows.
• The position offers an opportunity to apply medical coding knowledge to Medicare risk adjustment and value-based healthcare initiatives.
