Cognitive Performance Specialist (CPS)
Location: Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina
Help elite aircrews perform at their best when it matters most.
The 437th Airlift Wing at Joint Base Charleston supports the nation’s rapid global airlift mission—delivering people, equipment, and capabilities wherever they are needed, often under extraordinarily demanding conditions. LMR Technical Group is hiring human-performance professionals to help aircrew members stay mentally sharp, physically durable, resilient, and mission-ready. These aircrews routinely operate in challenging environments, including extended-duration flights, low-altitude operations using night-vision goggles, and high-altitude aerial delivery missions. After hours of demanding operations, they must still have the focus, judgment, and physical capability to safely bring their aircraft home.

Your expertise will directly contribute to preparing aircrews for some of the most demanding missions in the Air Force—helping them perform at their best while improving long-term health, resilience, and readiness.
If you are passionate about human performance and want your work to have a direct impact on mission readiness, this is an opportunity to make a difference at the operational level.
