A Little of What You’ll Do

• •Operate and monitor cold forming machines and furnaces to shape metal components to exact specifications.
• •Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• •Set up dies, tools, and materials for each job run.
• •Inspect parts for quality and dimensional accuracy using precision measuring tools.
• •Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
• •Collaborate with engineers and quality teams to troubleshoot and optimize processes.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• •Must be 18, or older
• •High school diploma, or equivalent required
• •Experience in forming, forging, or metal fabrication preferred. At least 1 year in manufacturing is required.
• •Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, such as fixing machinery to changing tooling and dies.
• •Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail is a must.
• •Familiarity with safety protocols and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.
• •Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
