Commercial & Access Strategy Manager

At AstraZeneca, we are looking for a Commercial & Access Strategy Manager to join our Market Access & Business team. This role will act as a strategic partner to the Market Access & Business Director, playing a key role in integrating Commercial, Market Access, Pricing & HEOR, and Customer Service priorities while leading strategic planning, PMO, governance, and key business initiatives.

We are looking for a strategic and analytical professional who can connect market, customer, and business insights and translate them into actionable recommendations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive analytics, dashboards, AI-enabled solutions, and transformation initiatives to strengthen decision-making, productivity, and business effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities

• •Lead strategic and long-term planning across Commercial and Market Access.
• •Coordinate PMO activities, governance forums, and strategic initiative tracking.
• •Translate customer, market, portfolio, and business insights into actionable recommendations.
• •Develop KPIs, dashboards, scenarios, and analytics to support decision-making.
• •Lead transformation projects and new ways of working.
• •Drive the adoption of AI and digital tools to improve productivity and effectiveness.
• •Facilitate collaboration and alignment across teams and senior stakeholders in a matrix environment.

Key Requirements

• •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
• •Experience in strategy, planning, PMO, transformation, analytics, Commercial Excellence, Market Access, or related areas.
• •Experience leading cross-functional projects and working with senior stakeholders.
• •Strong analytical, communication, influencing, and project management skills.
• •Experience with Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-enabled solutions.
• •Advanced English proficiency.

Preferred: Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Market Access, Commercial, Pricing & HEOR, regional strategy, or business transformation.
