Commercial Legal Apprentice

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Commercial Legal Apprentice based in India.

• This is a 6-month apprenticeship within a fast-paced, globally distributed Legal team.
• You’ll gain hands-on exposure to commercial contracting across go-to-market and vendor agreements.
• The role offers practical experience with contracts including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, Order Forms, and Amendments.
• You’ll work closely with teams across Marketing, Events, Procurement, Finance, IT, and Security.
• You’ll also develop practical skills in legal research, contract lifecycle management, compliance, and legal operations.
• The position is designed as a learning-intensive opportunity for someone interested in commercial law and technology transactions.
• As part of a remote-first environment, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across multiple international time zones.
