Commercial Lending Operations Lead

• This role oversees critical documentation and closing activities within commercial equipment leasing and lending operations.
• You will ensure transactions meet credit approval conditions, due diligence standards, documentation requirements, and funding criteria.
• Working across sales, credit, customers, vendors, legal teams, and internal stakeholders, you will help keep transactions moving efficiently and accurately.
• The position combines operational ownership, risk awareness, detailed document review, and customer-focused problem solving.
• You will independently manage multiple workflows while resolving exceptions, post-closing requirements, and system alerts within established service levels.
• The role also provides opportunities to contribute to process improvements, special projects, training, and escalated issue resolution.
