Commercial Partnerships Manager

• This is a senior commercial partnerships role focused on turning strategic relationships into measurable pipeline, revenue, and business growth across Europe.
• You will own a portfolio of acquirers, banks, alternative payment providers, and fraud and risk partners from relationship development through commercial execution.
• The role combines partner management, lead generation, co-selling, joint go-to-market initiatives, and direct sales to strategic partners.
• You will work closely with sales, product, legal, finance, and other commercial teams to unlock opportunities and convert them into signed business.
• Success will be measured through tangible commercial outcomes, including sourced pipeline, deals unlocked, revenue generated, and partnership expansion.
• You will operate with significant autonomy in a fast-moving environment where identifying opportunities and turning them into action is central to the role.
• The position offers broad exposure to the European payments ecosystem and the opportunity to influence both commercial strategy and product direction.
