Join our team as a Commercial Planning Lead , where you'll partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Revenue Management teams to drive profitable growth through customer planning, trade investment optimization, and commercial analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• •Support Key Account Managers in executing customer strategies, promotional plans, product launches, and commercial initiatives.
• •Lead the evaluation and optimization of trade promotion strategies, ensuring investments deliver strong ROI and business impact.
• •Develop scenario-based analyses using sales performance, customer trends, and market data to identify growth opportunities and business risks.
• •Generate actionable insights that support customer planning and commercial decision-making.
• •Partner with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment across commercial plans and execution.
• •Monitor customer performance against sales targets, identify gaps, and recommend improvement opportunities.
• •Lead post-promotion analysis, measuring volume uplift, profitability, and net revenue performance to improve future promotional strategies.
• •Support Joint Business Planning (JBP) processes and customer growth initiatives.
• •Prepare executive-level business reviews, customer presentations, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• •Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Trade Promotion Management, Commercial Planning, Revenue Growth Management, or Customer Planning.
• •Minimum 4 years of experience within the FMCG/CPG industry.
• •Advanced English proficiency.
• •Experience working with cross-functional commercial teams and senior stakeholders.
