About ALSO.

We’re ALSO, an electric mobility company originally conceived as a part of Rivian. We’re a passionate team of builders, dreamers, doers and innovators, focused on creating entirely new (not to mention, innovative and delightful) vertically integrated, small EVs designed to meet the global mobility challenges of today and tomorrow. Our mission is to inspire everyone to ride ALSO—replacing many local car, truck and SUV miles with ones on vehicles that are more affordable, more enjoyable and 10-50x more efficient.

ALSO is seeking a highly organized, cross-functionally fluent Program Manager to serve as the key connection and coordination point across the Commercial organization—coordinating workstreams, driving OKR rhythm, and keeping US and EU Commercial teams and their key operational partners moving in lockstep. This role sits at the center of a fast-growing, geographically distributed org, translating strategy into structured execution across the full breadth of Commercial: Marketing, Sales, Digital and Physical Retail, Analytics, Customer Success, Service Operations, US shipping and logistics, Communications, and key Commercial partnership for both US and EU teams.

Beyond that broad mandate, the role carries particular emphasis on three key partner domains where coordination gaps are especially important and deeply integrated across key Commercial and Customer outcomes—namely: Finance (forecasting, budget cycles, reporting cadences), Digital Systems (order management, POS, ecommerce/CRM platforms), and Supply Chain / S&OP (demand planning, allocation, fulfillment).

This is a role for someone who thrives on turning ambiguity into a plan, chasing down and closing gaps, and making sure the right people are aligned before an opportunity becomes a miss or decision becomes a fire drill.

What You Will Do

OKR & Workstream Coordination

Own the operating rhythm for Commercial OKRs — facilitating goal-setting, tracking progress, surfacing risks, and driving accountability across US and EU Commercial teams

Maintain a unified view of active workstreams across Marketing, Sales, Retail, Analytics, Customer Success, Service Operations, Logistics, Communications, and Commercial partnerships — ensuring priorities, owners, and timelines are visible to leadership

Design and run recurring forums (weekly syncs, monthly business reviews, quarterly planning) that keep cross-functional teams aligned without unnecessary meeting load

Identify and resolve cross-workstream dependencies and conflicts early — brokering alignment between teams and functions before they become blockers

Track Commercial partner agreements and related deliverables, ensuring internal owners across Sales, Marketing, and Retail are aligned on commitments and timelines

Cross-Functional & US/EU Alignment

Act as the primary coordination point between US and EU Commercial teams, ensuring regional nuances are reflected in shared planning without fragmenting execution

Build and maintain documentation, trackers, and reporting that give leadership a real-time view of program status across regions and functions

Continuously improve program management practices, templates, and tools to scale with a growing international Commercial org

Supporting Focus Areas

Finance — Align Commercial workstreams with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles across US and EU entities

Digital Systems — Coordinate systems workstreams (order management, POS, CRM, storefront) across Digital, IT, and Engineering partners, tracking timelines and looping in affected Commercial stakeholders

Supply Chain / S&OP — Serve as the Commercial-side coordination point for the executive S&OP cycle, reconciling demand signals, sales forecasts, and inventory plans, and flagging fulfillment risks

Product & Technical Program Management — Own and maintain a POR Roadmap for key product milestones and launches in partnership with Product and Engineering

What You Will Bring

5+ years in program management, business operations, or cross-functional project management within a commercial, retail, or consumer-facing organization

Proven ability to coordinate across a broad range of Commercial functions — Marketing, Sales, Retail, Customer Success, Service Operations, Logistics, or Communications — rather than deep specialization in one area

Experience working across US and international (ideally EU) teams with sensitivity to time zone, process, and regulatory differences

Strong command of OKR frameworks and the operating cadences that make them stick — planning, tracking, and review

Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills — comfortable driving alignment among senior leaders without direct authority

High proficiency with program management and productivity tools (Asana, Notion, Google Workspace, Slack) and ability to build lightweight dashboards and trackers for leadership visibility

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — able to synthesize complex, multi-workstream status into a clear narrative for leadership

Exposure to finance, digital systems, and/or supply chain/S&OP coordination is a strong plus

Highly organized with the ability to manage many workstreams simultaneously without losing sight of what matters most

The salary for this position ranges from $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and location. This role will be hybrid (3-5 days a week) based out of our Seattle office (Fremont District).
