- Job Summary:
- We are looking for an enthusiastic and execution-focused Community Associate to manage on-ground community activities and events. The role involves end-to-end event coordination, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, process compliance, and ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for students, faculty, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute community events from start to finish, including logistics and on-ground coordination.
Ensure events are delivered on schedule, within budget, and as per quality standards.
Follow event processes, safety protocols, approvals, checklists, and documentation requirements.
Drive participation and engagement through creative and interactive initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, faculty, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate with vendors and external partners for timely and quality delivery.
Collect feedback, address concerns, and ensure a positive community experience.
Track event attendance, engagement, feedback, and other performance metrics.
Prepare post-event reports and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong event execution and on-ground coordination skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Vendor coordination and event logistics experience.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools.
Willingness to work as per event schedules, including evenings and weekends.
