Job Description

En résumé :

Vous jouerez un rôle clé au sein de l'équipe Local Finance, avec une exposition large couvrant la comptabilité générale, la fiscalité et les projets d'amélioration continue.

Vous participerez notamment à l'établissement de la liasse fiscale, aux clôtures financières et aux initiatives d'automatisation visant à simplifier et fiabiliser les processus Finance.

Vous apporterez un support opérationnel aux différents membres de l'équipe Local Finance, participerez à des projets ponctuels en fonction des priorités de l'organisation et assurerez un rôle de back-up sur certaines activités clés.

Responsabilités principales :

Comptabilité & clôtures (50-60%)

• •Revue et comptabilisation des écritures mensuelles
• •Préparation et comptabilisation des écritures récurrentes et manuelles
• •Réconciliations de comptes bilan et P&L
• •Participation aux clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles
• •Préparation/ correction des écritures comptables récurrentes
• •Contrôles de cohérence et analyses des écarts
• •Support aux audits internes et externes

Fiscalité & liasse fiscale (20-30%)

• •Participation à l'établissement de la liasse fiscale et des annexes
• •Documentation rapport de gestion / prévisionnels etc..
• •Support aux échanges avec les auditeurs

Amélioration continue & automatisation (20%)

• •Automatisation des fichiers de suivi et des contrôles de l’équipe
• •Développement de reportings sous Excel, Power Query ou Power BI
• •Simplification et standardisation des processus Finance
• •Mise en place de contrôles automatisés pour fiabiliser les données
• •Master data clean-up

Profil recherché

• •Bac +3 à Bac +5 en Comptabilité, Finance ou Gestion
• •Expérience de 2 à 5 ans en comptabilité générale ou finance opérationnelle
• •Bonne maîtrise d'Excel
• •Connaissance de SAP appréciée
• •Power BI
• •Anglais professionnel
• •Solides connaissances comptables
• •Esprit analytique et capacité de synthèse
• •Curiosité pour les outils digitaux et l'automatisation
• •Rigueur et sens de l'organisation
• •Esprit d'équipe et capacité d'adaptation
• •Autonomie et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités

Fourchette de rémunération pour le poste: €37 000 - €41 000
