Computer Information Systems Manager Senior (5453) (TS/SCI CI Poly) (Ft. Bragg, NC)

SMX is seeking a Senior Computer Information Systems Manager to oversee daily operations of enterprise mission systems, ensuring availability, reliability, and operational performance across a highly available classified environment. This role leads incident response, operational planning, and continuous service improvement.

This is a full-time onsite position in Ft. Bragg, NC.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Lead operations of enterprise mission systems.

Monitor system availability and performance.

Manage incident response and problem resolution.

Coordinate maintenance activities.

Lead root cause analysis efforts.

Develop operational procedures.

Coordinate change management.

Support configuration management activities.

Provide technical leadership to system administration personnel.

Ensure SLA compliance and operational readiness.

Required Skills, Experience & Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

10+ years supporting enterprise IT operations.

Experience leading enterprise operations teams.

Knowledge of Windows, Linux, VMware, and enterprise storage.

Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.

Experience supporting RMF environments.

DoD 8570 IAT Level III certification.

Active TS/SCI with CI Poly.

Desired Skills/Experience

ITIL Foundation.

CISSP

VMware VCP

Microsoft Azure Administrator

Experience supporting Army Enterprise infrastructure
