Concrete Superintendent

Description

Rally Construction Group is seeking a Superintendent to oversee residential concrete operations including foundations, slabs, flatwork, and related structural concrete projects. This leader will drive production while maintaining safety and quality.

What You’ll Do:

• •Supervise concrete field operations
• •Coordinate crews and subcontractors
• •Monitor concrete placement, finishing, and curing processes
• •Ensure work complies with engineering plans and specifications
• •Schedule inspections and maintain project timelines
• •Perform quality control inspections
• •Promote safe work practices
• •Collaborate with builders and Project Managers

What You Need:

• •3+ years of concrete construction experience
• •Experience supervising residential concrete operations
• •Strong understanding of foundation and slab construction
• •Ability to read blueprints
• •Strong organizational and leadership skills
• •Valid driver's license
