Consultative Pharmacy Technician

• This remote role is an opportunity for an experienced pharmacy technician to support patients, providers, pharmacies, and clinical pharmacy teams.
• You will serve as a key point of contact for medication-related questions, administrative needs, and complex pharmacy issues.
• Working closely with clinical pharmacists, you will contribute to medication reconciliation, therapy management, disease management, and adherence initiatives.
• Your expertise will help address prior authorizations, formulary restrictions, prescription claim issues, and medication affordability challenges.
• The position combines advanced pharmacy operations with patient-focused support and requires strong independent judgment and problem-solving skills.
• You will collaborate across departments to help improve medication safety, efficiency, quality, and patient outcomes.
• This is a full-time, nationwide remote opportunity with a Monday-to-Friday schedule and no regular travel requirements.
