Position Overview
NEOWIZ is seeking a highly skilled and visionary Content & Community Marketing Manager (China) to drive our regional player ecosystem and brand presence in the Chinese market. In this role, you will design and execute data-driven community operation strategies based on deep insights into Chinese user behavior, platform cultures, and emerging market trends, ensuring our gaming titles resonate powerfully with the target audience from launch through live service.
Taking full ownership of our regional footprint, you will manage official Chinese SNS and gaming platforms—including Bilibili, Weibo, Xiaoheihe, Rednote, QQ groups, and TapTap—by planning highly localized content, interactive events, and UGC activation programs. You will serve as a vital bridge between players and leadership by monitoring VOC, managing sentiment risks, and translating community insights into actionable user experience improvements for our development teams.
To amplify market reach, you will cultivate strategic partnerships with local creators and lead high-impact online/offline engagement programs like exhibitions and pop-up events. This role requires exceptional cross-functional leadership, collaborating closely with internal marketing, publishing, localization, CS, and external agency partners to elevate player retention and deliver an unparalleled community experience.
