The Content Producer is responsible for planning and execution of the pre-production, production, and post-production stages including support with managing budgets, timelines, and resources for content capture projects.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• •Support the planning and day-of execution for lifestyle and studio shoots
• •Work in tandem with sample coordinators, art direction, AV team, and PM to plan and execute content needs
• •Participate in photoshoot planning meetings and create detailed schedules including run-of-show and call sheets
• •Support creative team and cross functional partners to ensure all content needs are reflected in the shoot plan
• •Support the AV team with video planning / concepting needs, the creation / maintenance of video schedules, and crew or equipment required to execute
• •Research photoshoot locations and oversee venue confirmations, contracts, permits, and COI needs
• •Research model options and oversee model casting, booking, fittings, and confirmations
• •Maintain budget trackers and reconcile actual costs against estimates. Code and submit invoices for payment.
• •Support post-production deliverables from photographers and digitechs including hand off drives and other files.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

• •Thorough knowledge of content production formats, workflows, and terminology
• •Open to utilizing AI tools and platforms for research and efficiencies
• •Proficient in Microsoft Applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• •Proficient in complex budgets including managing team and crew travel
• •Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• •Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
• •Self-starter who takes initiative and is solution oriented
• •Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• •Ability to make decisions independently and / or escalate when applicable
• •Ability to rent / drive vehicle when needed for shoots
• •Ability to work non-traditional hours, weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
• •Valid passport for international travel if needed

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• •Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Photography, Art or related field
• •Minimum 5 years of photoshoot or relevant content production experience
