Content Project Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Content Project Coordinator based in the United States.

The Content Project Coordinator supports the successful delivery of statewide computer-based assessment programs. You’ll work closely with project leaders and cross-functional teams to coordinate deliverables, documentation, reviews, and project activities. The role combines project coordination, administrative support, communication, and content operations in a collaborative environment. You’ll help keep projects organized, timelines on track, and stakeholders aligned throughout the development process. You’ll also contribute to educator training, meeting preparation, reporting, and other initiatives that support assessment programs. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to education-focused projects while developing strong project management and coordination experience. The position is fully remote and requires candidates to live and work within the United States.
