Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Coordinator

Summary:

In this role, you will coordinate contracts throughout the full lifecycle, from intake and business owner review through legal redline cycles, approvals, signature, and post-execution repository management. You will administer contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes and systems, support healthcare supply chain contracting needs, maintain accurate and audit-ready contract data, and identify opportunities to improve cycle time, compliance, data quality, and the client experience.

Responsibilities:

• •Administer the CLM system, including users, roles, templates, clause libraries, playbooks, workflows, and required metadata, and coordinate issue resolution and escalations.
• •Validate contract intake for completeness and accuracy, including party details, contract type, term, pricing, fees, attachments, and required information, and route requests through the appropriate workflow.
• •Coordinate contracts through intake, review, approval, legal redline cycles, execution, and post-execution activities while monitoring queues and service levels.
• •Facilitate legal redline cycles by maintaining version control, consolidating feedback, tracking turnaround times, and ensuring accuracy of final executed agreements.
• •Support healthcare supply chain contracting by partnering with clients to ensure operational and business terms are appropriately captured and reviewed.
• •Identify and escalate non-standard terms, missing documentation, and policy deviations while maintaining audit-ready records and supporting risk mitigation.
• •Maintain the contract repository to ensure executed agreements are accurately stored, indexed, searchable, and associated with key dates and obligations.
• •Analyze contract workflow data, including cycle time, backlog, renewals, and data quality, to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• •Support training and user adoption while recommending enhancements that improve workflow efficiency, compliance, data quality, and user experience.

Qualifications:

• •Relevant degree preferred.
• •2 or more years of experience in Supply chain, Contract administration, Procurement required.
• •Hands-on experience with a CLM system or comparable contracting, ERP, procurement, or e-sourcing workflow tools required; Workday experience preferred.
• •Experience coordinating cross-functional reviews and managing document version control.
• •Healthcare contracting or buyer/supply chain experience.
• •Strong analytical, written communication, and documentation management skills.
• •Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $51,900.00 to $87,900.00.
