• This contract role will help advance WebGPU support across Linux and Android by addressing high-priority correctness, validation, and security issues.
• You’ll work within a large systems and graphics codebase, contributing fixes to both the open-source wgpu project and Gecko.
• The role combines hands-on Rust development with deep debugging, testing, and conformance work.
• You’ll investigate real-world application blockers, CTS failures, security issues, and fuzzing findings.
• Working closely with maintainers and module owners, you’ll participate in public code review and upstream fixes.
• Your contributions will directly reduce release blockers and help move WebGPU toward broader platform availability.
