Demonstrated knowledge of the FAR and DFARS and experience developing, evaluating, or advising on acquisition strategies for complex requirements.
Experience with contract types, modifications, options, task or delivery orders, competition, acquisition planning, proposal evaluation, negotiation, and contract administration.
Ability to assess contractual and acquisition constraints and develop practical, executable alternatives for Government consideration.
Experience preparing acquisition assessments, decision materials, and recommendations for senior Government, program, technical, and contracting personnel.
