Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.

Mission

Au sein de DePuy Synthes France, le/la Contracting and Tender Specialist joue un rôle clé dans l’excellence opérationnelle et la bonne exécution des contrats, appels d’offres et offres de prix. Il/elle sécurise la conformité des dossiers, la qualité des données et le respect des délais, tout en apportant un support réactif à nos clients et à nos équipes commerciales (force de vente, KAM) afin de soutenir la performance et la satisfaction client.

Piloter le processus de réponse aux appels d’offres (veille, coordination, constitution et contrôle des dossiers, validations/signatures, dépôt et suivi).

Élaborer et gérer les offres de prix et devis en coordination avec les équipes commerciales, avec traçabilité et archivage.

Assurer la gestion opérationnelle de la vie des contrats/marchés (reconductions, avenants) et la fiabilisation des référentiels/outils.

Traiter les litiges de facturation liés aux prix/contrats et assurer le suivi jusqu’à résolution, en lien avec le recouvrement.

Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus et outils pour renforcer la qualité de service.

Responsibilities

Appels d’offres ( marchés publics et consultations privées )

Anticiper les renouvellements (fin de marchés) et construire les rétroplannings de réponse.

Partager en amont les informations clés avec la force de vente / KAM afin de préparer la stratégie de réponse.

Assurer la veille des opportunités (ex. Wanao), télécharger les dossiers de consultation et coordonner la préparation de la réponse.

Établir le planning de réponse et organiser, si nécessaire, une réunion de lancement.

Consolider les éléments administratifs, techniques et commerciaux ; sécuriser la conformité du dossier avant envoi.

Éditer l’offre de prix, intégrer les données dans Contract Manager et réaliser les contrôles nécessaires (doublons, cohérence, etc.).

Préparer le dossier pour validation / signature selon les niveaux d’autorité.

Assurer le suivi post-dépôt : gestion des échantillons, analyse gagnés/perdus.

Gérer la vie du marché : reconductions et avenants (saisie, envoi client, suivi).

Offres de prix et devis

Réceptionner la demande (client / force de vente), enregistrer et tracer la demande.

Coordonner l’élaboration de l’offre avec la force de vente et saisir les prix dans Contract Manager selon instructions.

Envoyer l’offre au client (en copie de la force de vente) et archiver la version finale.

Litiges ( facturation )

Réceptionner et traiter les sollicitations (courriers, e-mails , fax, appels).

Analyser la demande ; corriger les prix si nécessaire et déclencher l’avoir / la refacturation.

Si la réclamation n’est pas justifiée, apporter les explications au client et confirmer par e-mail (copie recouvrement).

Suivre les litiges ouverts et s’assurer qu’aucun dossier ne dépasse 3 semaines sans action.

Accueil téléphonique ( périmètre pricing/ contrats )

Prendre en charge les appels liés aux prix, réclamations, informations produit (orienter vers la franchise si sujet technique), documentation et tarifs.

Projets

Contribuer aux projets d’amélioration continue du service (process, outils, qualité des données, standards de réponses).

Qualifications & compétences techniques

Bac +2 en gestion commerciale (ou niveau supérieur) avec expérience dans un environnement commercial / contrats.

Maîtrise de Microsoft Office, notamment Excel (niveau avancé : RECHV, tableaux croisés dynamiques).

Maîtrise des outils métier ( Contract Manager, TOM, JDE, Hélios, WANAO, SENDAO, EURYDICE…).

Connaissances métier

Connaissance approfondie du Code des Marchés Publics et des mécaniques d’appels d’offres.

Connaissance de l’environnement du dispositif médical.

Compréhension business permettant d’identifier des solutions et un niveau de service adaptés aux clients.

Organisation, pragmatisme, adaptabilité, force de proposition.

€36 700,00 - €58 995,00
