The base pay range for this role is estimated to be 39.000 € - 57.200 € at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Main Job Objectives

• •Deliver the assigned project scope and tasks by meeting\exceeding our safety, quality, On-Time-Delivery and budget requirements.
• •To commission controls systems on-site including electrical and PLC software commissioning and to provide support to system test activities and training for the end user
• •To produce commissioning documentation including, but not limited to, commissioning checklists, tests specifications, Method Statements and Risk Assessments for Automated solutions to BS EN ISO 12100.
• •To interpret electrical schematics and design input information.
• •Ensure systems supplied are CE Compliant to the Machinery Directive.
• •Commission Safety Related Part of the Controls system solutions to the regulations and in accordance with BS EN ISO 13849/13850/60204 etc.

Qualifications & Experience:

• •Educational background in Electrical/Controls Engineering as a minimum
• •Desirable: Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline
• •Experience in a similar role
• •Good understanding of PLC, HMI, SCADA development and commissioning software
• •Hands-on experience with electrical commissioning.
• •Good understanding of Electrical and Electronic technical manuals & drawings
• •Good understanding of bus systems
• •Understanding of distributed control systems desirable not essential
• •Understanding of automated warehouse desirable not essential
• •Ability to travel to customer sites for up to 80% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
• •Full driver’s license to support the travel requirements of the role.
• •Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering

Special Conditions:

Role will require 80% travel to customer sites within the EMEA European region including travel to other Dematic offices or facilities across Europe in the undertaking of duties.
