The annual base salary for this position ranges from $63,500.00 in our lowest geographic market to $125,600.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

Enterprise Business Planning (EBP) is the connective tissue of Converse's operating model — the function that brings demand, supply, financial, and marketplace signals together into a single, coherent view of the business. EBP owns the enterprise's planning cadence and the discipline behind it: the sequencing of decisions, forecasts, and reviews that keep the organization aligned and moving with precision toward its goals.

This role reports directly to the Director of Enterprise Business Planning, offering close exposure to senior leadership decision-making and the strategic priorities shaping Converse's operating model.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking an intellectually curious, business-minded Graduate Intern to join our Enterprise Business Planning team. This is not a support role — it is an opportunity to work at the center of how a global brand governs itself, partnering directly with planning leadership on the special projects that shape our operating rhythm and sharpen enterprise-wide decision-making. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, thinks in systems, and can translate complex operating questions into clear, executive-ready recommendations.

WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE: As an EBP Graduate Intern, you will contribute directly to the architecture of how Converse plans and operates. Your work will span:

• •Operating Cadence Design — Support the evolution of Converse's planning calendar and governance rhythm, ensuring the right decisions happen at the right moments with the right stakeholders in the room.
• •Executive Readiness — Help prepare the analysis and materials that inform senior leadership's most important business reviews, translating data into a narrative that drives action.
• •Cross-Functional Integration — Partner with Marketplace Planning, Finance, Analytics, and Supply Chain to understand how each function's inputs shape the enterprise plan, and identify opportunities to simplify handoffs and sharpen collective execution.
• •Performance & Insight Infrastructure — Contribute to the tools and reporting that give leadership real-time visibility into marketplace health and progress against the operating plan.
• •Special Projects — Take ownership of discrete strategic initiatives — from target-setting frameworks to process refinement — with the autonomy to shape recommendations and the exposure to present them to senior stakeholders.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

Qualifications:

• •Currently pursuing an MBA, with an expected graduation of Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
• •Academic or professional grounding in Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or Strategy.
• •Meaningful pre-MBA experience in consulting, financial planning & analysis, supply chain, or retail/merchandising strategy strongly preferred.
• •Fluency with data and analytical tools (Excel, SQL, or similar) sufficient to structure and interrogate business problems independently.
