What will you be doing here?

Garantir a execução integrada dos projetos de transformação do planejamento comercial, conectando áreas de negócio, tecnologia, dados e parceiros, assegurando clareza de prioridades, cumprimento de prazos, gestão de riscos e evolução das entregas até a implantação.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

Garantir o mapeamento e tradução das necessidades do negócio em requisitos funcionais para desenvolvimento da solução

Liderar a priorização do desenvolvimento e acompanhar evolução de cronograma, marcos, dependências e entregas

Conectar os diferentes times envolvidos no projeto garantindo alinhamento de responsabilidades e entregas

Contribuir ativamente nos principais ritos de acompanhamento do projeto, tomando decisões, acompanhando pendências/riscos e sempre propondo ativamente planos de ação para garantir a entrega do projeto

Acompanhar a execução de desenvolvimento atuando como facilitador, removendo impedimentos e promovendo colaboração entre os times

Executar testes, treinamentos e implantação da solução

Realizar gestão e desenvolvimento dos liderados diretos
