Clinical Coordinators Make It Possible - ED/ Critical Care Department - Full time - Evenings
Nursing at New York-Presbyterian/Lower Manhattan Hospital means complex cases, rare technology - and a finely tuned, inspiring team care-giving approach. Across screening, diagnosis, treatment and care, our nurses drive the sharing of knowledge and practices that make a life-changing difference for patients. Collaborate with multiple disciplines and components to improve the lives of our patients.
The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for ensuring optimal continuity of care for patients and their families. In this role, you will ensure support, coordination, and education of care by fostering collaboration among interdisciplinary teams. Play an integral part in the patient experience through clinical assessments and follow up for and work with closely with our support to the nurses .
This is a full time Evening shift position , working varied start and end times ,
4 , 10 hour shifts per week
Preferred Criteria:
Masters in Nursing
Prior experience in acute care .
CEN or willing ness to obtain in 1 year
Recent preceptor experience
Required Criteria :
BSN
Current NYS RN Licensure
At least 5 years of experience (Adult Ed and Peds)
