The Coordinator is responsible for operational efficiency, platform logistics, and asset distribution across the account. They will manage YouTube channel uploading workflows, maintain the Dealer Asset distribution tool, manage ad-hoc requests, and enforce digital asset management hygiene.

The Opportunity

YouTube Channel Operations

Manage end-to-end YouTube channel postings in English and French, overseeing video formatting, thumbnails, metadata, descriptions, tags, keywords, and captioning.

Dealer Asset Tool & Asset Management

Upload and maintain social assets within the dedicated tool for dealer distribution.

Upload final creative files into asset management systems using tagging guidelines.

Routinely audit digital asset management systems to archive or remove redundant assets.

Account Logistics & Ad-Hoc Support

Coordinate ad-hoc requests, including breaking announcements, awards news, and unexpected brand updates.

Support project managers and account leads with status reports, agendas, meeting notes, and timing updates.

Collaboration & Team Support

Build strong operational relationships across strategy, creative, accounts, public relations and production teams.

Maintain high organization, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.

What you’ll bring:

1-2 years of agency or administrative experience.

Practical familiarity with social media

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.

• Location: 720 King St. W. Toronto, ON
• Salary: $50K-$55K per year, pending experience skills, scope of responsibility, internal equity, and business needs.
