What You'll Do

Brand Communications & Copywriting Support

Assist in maintaining and updating brand tone-of-voice guidelines, messaging frameworks, and copy style guides

Support brainstorming sessions for brand and product names, helping generate options that are unique, ownable, and able to clear trademark checks

Assist with early-stage brand positioning work, including audience profiling, white space identification, and claims development

Draft first-pass copy for product descriptions, FAQs, and web content for review

Proofread and edit copy across channels for grammar, clarity, and consistency with brand tone

Assist with formatting and building presentation decks, brand scripts, and internal playbooks

Packaging Copy & Messaging

Draft packaging copy and messaging hierarchies for review

Support the development of product claims, helping research claims to differentiate from competitors

Assist with proofing packaging artwork against approved copy ahead of sign-off, flagging inconsistencies or errors

Help keep copy briefs accurate and up to date, and assist where needed with the copy translation workflow between translation providers, copywriters, and creative teams

Assist in compiling fact sheets for new brands for use in web FAQs, customer service handbooks, and communication frameworks

Administrative & Cross-Functional Support

Set up and maintain spreadsheets to track naming pipelines, trademark search status, claims substantiation, and packaging artwork approvals

Support coordination of trademark search requests between branding and legal teams

Help create, populate, and organise brand documentation, naming banks, and copy libraries

Take notes and follow up on action items from meetings with Marketing, NPD, and Design teams

Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc research tasks, such as competitor analysis, tone-of-voice benchmarking, and audience insights

Track industry trends and consumer language to help inform brand naming and messaging development

What You'll Bring

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for tone, clarity, and detail

A genuine interest in beauty, lifestyle, or FMCG brands and consumer storytelling

Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple small tasks in a fast-paced environment

Collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally, including with senior stakeholders

No professional experience required — a strong portfolio, coursework samples, or personal writing projects are welcome
