corporate governance across multiple legal entities;

regulatory licensing and ongoing supervisory obligations;

advising on payment infrastructure and cross-border business models;

supporting legal aspects of AML/CFT and regulatory compliance;

monitoring regulatory developments and helping launch new products and markets.

We're looking for someone who has

6+ years of post-qualification legal experience;

experience supporting regulated financial businesses;

strong corporate and commercial law background;

hands-on exposure to licensing and regulatory matters;

experience working with banks, PSPs or other financial partners;

excellent contract drafting and legal writing skills in English.

You'll stand out if you have experience with
