About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Corporate Trainer Intern to join our Learning & Development

team. This internship offers hands-on experience in corporate training, content development, employee

engagement, and Learning Management Systems (LMS). The ideal candidate should have excellent

communication and presentation skills, a passion for learning and development, and an interest in creating

engaging training experiences for employees and fresh hires.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering training sessions for new hires and employees.

Support the creation of training materials, presentations, assessments, and learning modules.

Develop engaging content for classroom training, virtual sessions, and self-paced learning on the LMS.

Coordinate with trainers, HR, and business stakeholders to identify training requirements.

Maintain training records, attendance, feedback, and completion reports.

Create quizzes, role plays, assessments, and interactive learning activities to improve learner

engagement.

Monitor learner progress and assist in preparing training effectiveness reports.

Research industry trends and modern learning methodologies to enhance training programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business

Administration, Psychology, Education, Communication, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Prior experience in public speaking, teaching, mentoring, training, or content creation.

Familiarity with presentation tools, video editing software, or e-learning/LMS platforms is an added

advantage.
