The Opportunity:

The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Joint Counterintelligence Training Activity (JCITA) program is a premier Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) training enterprise, equipping Counterintelligence (CI) personnel with the advanced skills needed to protect our nation against evolving adversarial threats. JCITA's specialized training prepares CI Agents to counter espionage, terrorism, insider threats, and increasingly sophisticated foreign intelligence activities.

We are currently seeking an experienced Ubiquitous Technical Surveillance (UTS) Instructor to join our team and deliver advanced technical surveillance training to CI Special Agents. In this role, you will leverage your operational expertise to develop and deliver specialized instruction that strengthens the technical capabilities and mission readiness of the DoD CI workforce.

Responsibilities:

• •Deliver world-class Ubiquitous Technical Surveillance (UTS) instruction, drawing on your operational experience and technical expertise to prepare CI Special Agents for complex mission requirements.
• •Plan, develop, and execute training and certification programs that provide CI Special Agents with advanced knowledge and skills to conduct CI collection and operations in a UTS environment, in accordance with applicable laws, strategies, and policies.
• •Deliver classroom-based instruction and evaluate student performance during practical field exercises. Training days frequently exceed eight hours, may include weekends, and require travel throughout the National Capital Region (NCR) and CONUS.

Qualifications:

Required:

• •Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph or the ability to obtain a polygraph.
• •Graduate of an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school and completion of an advanced source-handling course.
• •Demonstrated expertise in UTS, supported by a combination of industry, DoD, or academic training; progressively responsible assignments demonstrating practical skills; and DoD- or Federal Government-recognized UTS training. Examples include:UTS Tradecraft SeminarUTS Foundational Operations CourseEmerging and Disruptive TechnologiesTechnical Signals and Security CountermeasuresTechnical Tradecraft for HUMINT
• •Five (5) years of experience adapting CI Operations to a UTS environment.e

This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.

Pay Range :

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$70,800 - $148,600
