Creative Production Lead

This role leads the creative production of high-quality proposals, presentations, graphics, and other customer-facing bid materials. You’ll transform complex technical and business information into clear, compelling visual stories that strengthen proposals and customer engagements. Working alongside proposal managers, business development leaders, and technical experts, you’ll own production efforts from initial concepts through final submission. The position combines graphic design, document production, visual communication, and project coordination in a fast-paced environment. You’ll also help build scalable templates, libraries, and workflows that improve the quality and efficiency of future proposal efforts.
