About You

We’re looking for someone who knows how to find talent, open doors, and turn relationships into high-impact partnerships .

You’ll be the person out in the market finding the next creator who can become a breakout paid social performer, negotiating a partnership with a 500,000-follower influencer, or getting in front of the representation of a celebrity who could become the face of the brand.

This is a highly proactive, relationship-driven role. You won’t be sitting back and waiting for inbound influencer requests. You’ll be constantly building your network, reaching out to new talent, starting conversations, pitching opportunities, negotiating deals, and finding creative ways to bring the right people into the Enhanced ecosystem.

We want someone who is energized by the hunt and knows how to turn a cold outreach into a conversation, a conversation into a partnership, and a partnership into a long-term relationship. Your goal is to continuously expand Enhanced’s network of creators, influencers, athletes, celebrities, and brand ambassadors.

What You’ll Do

You’ll own the full talent pipeline at Enhanced — from finding emerging creators to building relationships with major influencers and opening doors with celebrity and athlete talent.

You’ll proactively identify, source, recruit, and build partnerships across three distinct levels:

• •Content Creators
• Find emerging and smaller creators who can produce authentic, high-quality UGC and social content for the brand. You’ll focus on creative ability, content quality, and performance — not simply follower count.

• •Influencers
• Source and build partnerships with established influencers, typically with 50,000–1,000,000 followers, leveraging both their audience and their ability to create compelling branded content.

• •Brand Ambassadors
• Identify and build relationships with celebrities, athletes, entertainers, public figures, and other high-profile talent who could become long-term representatives of the Enhanced brand.

You’ll know how to sell a partnership at every level — from pitching an emerging creator on a content opportunity, to negotiating a deal with a 500,000-follower influencer, to working with an agent or manager on a major celebrity partnership.

This is an outbound, relationship-driven role. You’ll spend your time in the market finding talent, starting conversations, pitching opportunities, negotiating partnerships, and building a network that Enhanced can continuously activate.

You’ll also work closely with marketing, creative, social, paid media, and leadership to turn these relationships into partnerships that drive content, audience growth, brand awareness, and revenue.

You Bring

3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, celebrity partnerships, entertainment, affiliate marketing, or a related field.

You are exceptionally good at finding, recruiting, and building relationships — from emerging creators and established influencers to celebrities and athletes. This is a highly proactive, sales-driven role focused on going into the market, creating opportunities, negotiating partnerships, and continuously expanding Enhanced’s talent network.

Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and the broader creator ecosystem.

Experience negotiating talent compensation, deliverables, licensing, usage rights, exclusivity, and contracts.

Experience communicating with everyone from emerging creators to agents representing high-profile talent.

A strong understanding of social media trends, creator culture, and performance marketing.

A Plus:

Existing relationships with creators, influencers, talent managers, agents, or agencies

Experience working with celebrities, athletes, entertainers, or high-profile personalities

Experience in health, wellness, fitness, beauty, lifestyle, consumer, or DTC brands

Experience sourcing creator content specifically for Meta and TikTok advertising

Experience managing affiliate and ambassador programs

Familiarity with platforms such as ShopMy, Impact, Everflow, GRIN, Aspire, CreatorIQ, and similar tools

Must Have Requirements

Must be authorized to work in the United States of America (no sponsorship required).

If remote, must be okay with travel to NYC on occasion.
