Credit Operations Analyst

We are looking for candidates with direct exposure to credit products, ideally credit cards, consumer lending, or loan operations. The candidate should understand how a credit account works end to end. The ideal candidate would have experience in the backend of credit or lending operation.

Core Function: Drive ticket resolution, manage B2B account inquiries, and maintain configuration workflows across credit programs.

• •2+ years in credit card/lending operations with strong credit process knowledge (Credit Decisioning, CRA tools, Collections).
• •Demonstrated capacity to manage 15–30+ accounts concurrently while meeting strict performance benchmarks (70%+ assessment threshold).
• •Minimum B2 Level English (client-facing) and fluent Spanish
• •Functional API knowledge, basic coding capabilities, and operational familiarity with Jira/VDI environments.
