About the role

Join our collaborative Crisis and Resilience team as a Crisis & Resilience Manager, leading complex client engagements across commercial, regulated and public sector environments.

You will manage workstreams and teams across crisis management, business continuity, operational resilience, incident response and strategic risk, turning complex issues into practical, scalable solutions. You will also strengthen client relationships and contribute to high-quality delivery.

This opportunity suits an experienced practitioner who combines delivery discipline, practical judgement and strong client-facing communication.

What your days will look lik e

You will lead client delivery while supporting team capability, trusted relationships and the continued growth of our crisis and resilience practice.

• •Lead workstreams, plans, dependencies, risks, issues and stakeholders across complex engagements.
• •Design and review frameworks, assessments, plans, executive briefings and remediation roadmaps.
• •Facilitate workshops and steering meetings, translating complex issues into clear actions.
• •Coach junior colleagues and contribute to proposals, market insight and integrated client solutions.

This role is for you if

• •Experience delivering projects or workstreams in crisis, resilience, continuity, incident response, cyber, technology or strategic risk.
• •Strong project delivery skills, including planning, coordination, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
• •Experience producing clear, well-structured client deliverables and senior-level recommendations.
• •Understanding of technology and operational dependencies, third parties and common cyber incidents.
• •Ability to manage competing priorities and apply sound judgement in complex environments.
• •Possess a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or have equivalent professional experience.
