About the role

What your days will look like

You will help clients build practical resilience and risk capabilities through consultancy, analysis and collaborative delivery.

• •Support crisis management, cyber response, business continuity, operational resilience and enterprise risk management engagements.
• •Facilitate workshops, interviews and scenario exercises, translating findings into clear actions.
• •Develop playbooks, plans, reports, governance materials and Board-ready outputs.
• •Contribute to assessments, frameworks, proposals, client relationships and resilience tooling.

This role is for you if

• •Experience in crisis management, business continuity, operational resilience, enterprise risk management, consulting or audit.
• •Strong business writing and stakeholder communication skills, including workshops and interviews.
• •Project management skills, with evidence of organising work and delivering high-quality outputs.
• •Practical understanding of IT infrastructure, technology dependencies and common cyber incidents.
• •Strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• •Ability to support risk or resilience assessments and translate analysis into practical recommendations.
