CRM Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a CRM Consultant based in Brazil.

• As a CRM Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering data-driven customer engagement campaigns across multiple digital channels.
• You will translate established CRM strategies into effective, personalized campaigns using Braze and related marketing automation platforms.
• Working closely with clients and internal strategy teams, you will ensure campaigns are accurately configured, tested, launched, and optimized.
• The role combines technical CRM expertise, campaign execution, data analysis, and client collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
• You will also help guide project teams, improve operational processes, and maintain high standards of quality and documentation.
